Keeping Our Standards High
We at Country Kidz including every staff member of our team knows about a children’s dietary, allergic and cultural needs. Also, medical needs will be available in every room. We always work with parents/carers to develop a plan to ensure your child is kept safe and strive for it to keep our standard high. We follow Food Safety standards to prepare our meals. Our chef also goes through an induction process and are always undergo ongoing training to ensure we adhere to all food standards. Under our policy, We strictly don’t allow outside food into our premises.
Safety is #1 Priority
Children’s safety is very important to us, and we always ensure that we have limited access to our premises during working hours. Our regulations and policies around safety are based on several years of experience, plus extensive scenario planning. We treat this as our #1 priority.
Keeping your child safe: –
- No one can enter without a single-entry code.
- Each visitor one goes through our single point of entry and all the records are kept upon entry/exit.
- Our staff are all trained in first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxes care, as well as food safety.
- We will never release your child to anyone without your written authorisation or to anyone under the age of 18.
- Any injury to a child during preschool timing is documented and communicated to parents immediately/during pickup.
- All our staff have a current Working with Children Check and we conduct extensive background checks.
- We always thrive to have one of the best teaching staff in our pre-school and we really mean it.
Medicines
We at Country Kidz have all well-trained staff to keep your child safe and all the required medicine are kept in locked cabinets. We look after each child in our care, and we will contact you immediately, if we suspect any child is not feeling well.
